Nostalgia

Nostalgia is a sentimentality for the past, typically for a period or place with positive personal associations. We used the use of materials and the appearance of our designs to invoke nostalgic feelings for the elderly. This would hopefully create a comfortable setting for them to interact with others. 

With the use of spatial planning, we hope that people of all ages will be able to enjoy the space together, hence encouraging multi-generational interaction within the community.
